1. Who we are

This website, www.nalvire.com, is operated by Nalvire, a trading name of Nadiya Kulyk Ivanova (sole trader, NIF 60868144R), C/ Lluís Companys, 42, 17480 Roses (Girona), Spain. Email: support.nalvire@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nalvire, and "you" refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every visit to our website and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use. We currently deliver to Ireland and the Netherlands.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly depending on your device. All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know and refund any amount paid for it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there, processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or a delivery address outside the countries we ship to; if we do, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, tracking and what happens if a parcel is late or lost are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you designate.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In addition, our 30-day warmth guarantee lets you return your StormHood within 30 days of delivery. How to return an item, who pays return shipping and how refunds work are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

You are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and national consumer law. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with your statutory rights. These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All texts, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Nalvire or its licensors.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Please follow the care instructions provided with the product.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order applies to that order.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support.nalvire@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
